Although Nagoya is the third largest city in Japan, its average residential land price is 65% cheaper than in Tokyo and 32% than in Osaka. The population density of residential areas is less than half that of Tokyo or Osaka. Unlike noisy, crowded Tokyo and Osaka, residents in Aichi-Nagoya can enjoy a quieter and more spacious living environment.
